Fostering and supporting mutually satisfactory outcomes in Alberta communities by providing information, mutual learning, communication, skill development, facilitations and resources.

OUR VISION
Synergy is the catalyst to achieve a principled, balanced and sustained approach to resource development for Albertans. Working together we can achieve more.

Essence of the Synergy vision:

  • Synergy: The process - a way of working things out The outcome - a collaborative action where the results are greater than what one stakeholder group could achieve on its own.
  • Catalyst: The element that inspires change.
  • Principled: Natural laws or fundamental truths that are universal and timeless (honesty, trust, respect, integrity).
  • Balanced: Consideration of social, environmental and economic factors / impacts.
  • Sustained: Long-term relationships and positive outcomes.
  • Resource: Focus is currently oil and gas.
  • Albertans: All stakeholders - community, industry and government.
  • More: Unlimited possibilities.
