Principles
- RESPECT - Stakeholders have the reasonable expectation to be treated with respect at all times during synergy activities, and are expected, in return, to always treat other stakeholders with respect.
- TRANSPARENCY - The meeting minutes, findings, reports, recommendations, etc. of Synergy groups are considered public information, to be shared with stakeholders.
- RESPONSIBILITY - Synergy activities must always strive toward responsible stewardship, to the overall benefit of the community.
- ETHICS - Synergy activities are not-for-profit, for the purpose of responsible development, and not for unreasonable financial gain for any stakeholder.
- FREE CHOICE - Any group or individual has the right to choose to participate in Synergy, or not. Synergy may take many forms and as long as groups adhere to the above principals, free choice provides the opportunity for creative formats for organization.
