Biography

Barry Bouwsema is an Assistant Platoon Chief with the Strathcona County Emergency Services. Barry has been in the fire service for 25 years and has recently completed a secondment as the Emergency Management Coordinator for Strathcona County and re-wrote the county's Municipal Emergency Management Plan. He is a Certified Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Managers. Read More
